Biography

 I am an Assistant Professor (Physical Chemistry) at Pakistan’s top-ranked Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. I have a PhD in Chemistry from Johannes Gutenberg Universitat-Mainz, Germany on a Max Planck international award and was later awarded the prestigious IRTG fellowship, which allowed me to do PhD research at the prestigious Seoul National University, South Korea. I did my Postdoc research at the University of Glasgow and am an alumnus of the 2009 Lindau Nobel Laureates Meeting in Chemistry. I am a recipient of two Gold Vice Chancellor medals from QAU, Pakistan and member of several scientific societies, including CSP and OWSD. Selected as TWAS (The World Academy of Sciences) Affiliate 2023 for six years. IUPAC Affiliate member, 2024.
